The property is located in Bonneville County, Idaho, approximately 20 miles west of the town of Swan Valley and 28 miles east of Idaho Falls. The nearest commercial airports are approximately thirty minutes away in Idaho Falls, Idaho and ninety minutes away in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Connecting flight services are available through Salt Lake City International and Denver International airports.

Driving Directions
From Swan Valley:
Take Highway 26 west towards Idaho Falls. Make a left hand turn onto Birch Creek Road. Birch Creek Ranch’s main property entrance is on the left, approximately four miles from the Highway 26 turnoff.
From Idaho Falls:
Take Highway 26 east towards Swan Valley. Make a right hand turn onto Birch Creek Road. Birch Creek Ranch’s main property entrance is on the right, approximately eight miles from the Highway 26 turnoff.
